FINANCIAL INFORMATION

INSURANCE

We accept all dental insurances; however, we are only in-network providers for Cigna, Delta, Metlife, Assurant, and Guardian. We do not want to be limited by guidelines set forth by insurance companies or reduce the quality of care or treatment times in order to maximize the number of our patients and profits. We take pride in the quality of our care. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you and do our best to make sure you get the full benefit of your coverage.*

FINANCING

In order to help our patients be proactive about their dental health, we have chosen to offer CareCredit as an option for financing their dental care. Please visit the CareCredit site to apply or call our office for more information.

We accept checks, cash, FSA/HSA cards and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

*Please be advised that we do our best to estimate how much you will owe at each appointment, but it is your responsibility to pay your balance in full once insurance has made their share of the payment.
